Step onto the covered deck to enjoy your private hot tub overlooking a tranquil creek and open farmland, or unwind by the fire pit while listening to the sounds of nature. Location highlights: • 10 minutes to downtown Asheville • 6 minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway • 15 minutes to the Biltmore Estate • 15 minutes to Grove Park Inn Inside, you’ll find thoughtful touches throughout. The bedroom features a queen bed, while the living area includes a full-size pull-out sofa. TVs are equipped with Roku for easy streaming, and high-speed internet makes remote work simple. A fully stocked kitchen allows for easy meals, though Asheville’s incredible dining scene is just minutes away. This apartment is completely private, including its own entrance, hot tub, and fire pit. While the space can sleep up to four, it is best suited for two adults and has been intentionally designed as a quiet, adults-only retreat. Please note: No children or smoking permitted. Enjoy full access to the entire apartment (with the exception of the locked Owner Closets), including your private hot tub, fire pit and backyard. WILDLIFE & NATURE Our home is nestled in the woods, surrounded by nature. While we maintain the home with regular cleanings and professional pest control, guests may still encounter critters such as squirrels, chipmunks, deer, raccoons, bears, insects (ants, mosquitoes, spiders, etc.), and the occasional friendly bug or two inside or outside the property. This is part of the natural woodland experience and is outside of our control. TRAVEL INSURANCE If you have declined Airbnb's travel insurance it is highly suggested you buy your own through a third-party. We have a strict cancellation policy and cannot refund due to unexpected travel delays or changes, emergencies, weather, illness or other travel related situations.
