While we maintain the home with regular cleanings and professional pest control, guests may still encounter critters such as squirrels, chipmunks, deer, raccoons, bears, insects (ants, mosquitoes, spiders, etc.), and the occasional friendly bug or two inside or outside the property. This is part of the natural woodland experience and is outside of our control. TRAVEL INSURANCE If you have declined Airbnb's travel insurance it is highly suggested you buy your own through a third-party.
